Green Clean Policy
Evergreen employs the use of green products in all of the buildings we maintain. Products used reduce harmful effects on personal health and the environment. This ideology is carried onto paper products as only recycled products are used unless otherwise requested. For future prospects, our company plans on purchasing more equipment that is low-energy certified.
We have cleaning technicians who provide our staff with education and training. Only products that enlist a GREEN SEAL or ECOLOGO are used by our company.
I wish to thank Evergreen Building Maintenance Inc. and its team for providing excellent quality custodial service over the last year. They have performed extremely well in meeting the unique and challenging demands that our 32,291 square foot school presented. Results speak for themselves and Evergreen Building Maintenance’s proactive approach to managing our account has reduced cleaning deficiencies significantly over previous janitorial contractors.
Evergreen was hired by the District in July 2012 to perform custodial maintenance in our multiple office facilities. The service that we have received has been very good, and we have found that Evergreen’s management team has been efficient at addressing any issues that have arisen. Evergreen Building Maintenance has carried out the janitorial duties for our church since September 1995. Their tasks have involved carpet/upholstery cleaning, marmoleum floor stripping, sealing and general maintenance. The number of complaints we receive are minimal and often not a result of the janitorial services from Evergreen.
