Downtown Kelowna doesn’t slow down and neither does the dust, foot traffic, or coffee spills that come with it. Between offices, meeting rooms, and street-level businesses, hundreds of people move through the building every day.

That constant activity can wear down a property’s appearance fast. Floors lose their shine, fingerprints collect on glass, and shared spaces start looking tired. And for a building that sells professionalism, that’s a problem.

The goal was clear: keep the space consistently clean without disrupting the flow of business.

Our team handled everything from lobbies and stairwells to elevators and restrooms. Each cleaner followed a detailed checklist designed around the building’s most visible zones,  the areas clients see first.

Surfaces were wiped, floors polished, trash emptied, and glass cleaned so the space looked “just cleaned” all day long.

Clean restrooms say a lot about a building’s standards. We kept them fresh and fully stocked throughout the day using colour-coded tools to prevent cross-contamination and Health Canada–approved disinfectants for germ control.

To keep them spotless, our crew combined smart equipment with attention to detail. We used HEPA-filter vacuums and Dustbane auto scrubbers to lift dirt, salt, and fine dust without leaving streaks or residue. Every pass left the floors clean, dry, and ready for traffic,  no waiting, no hazards.
