We appointed MJ Rasel as Working Supervisor. With years of experience in high-security government contracts, including the Vernon RCMP, Oliver Correctional Facility, and Osoyoos Border Crossing, MJ brought both hands-on knowledge and leadership to the job.

She was on-site almost daily, handling everything from inspections to supply top-ups to real-time issue resolution.

We introduced formal weekly audits to track performance, give direct staff feedback, and stay ahead of any concerns. This kept service consistent and measurable over time.

To eliminate delays and extra admin, we secured clearance for our entire project team, which meant no need for escorting crews in for floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning, or deep cleaning tasks.

Evergreen staffed the building seven days a week, with male and female attendants, biohazard response, COVID-19 disinfection, and rapid response protocols for holding cells and public areas.
