“Evergreen Building Maintenance has provided janitorial services for our Park Washrooms for the past 15 years. Park washrooms in the mid 1990’s were a significant problem for the City and we used to receive hundreds of complaints per year. “Evergreen Maintenance Inc. has been cleaning our centre for over a year now. We selected them when the quote came in well under the other companies we contacted. There were some concerns in the beginning, but the team worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. We have a large space including stairs and 4 bathrooms with stalls.
