Every office has different requirements.  Our cleaning team manager will go through your office with you and develop a cleaning routine checklist.  This makes sure we clean everything that needs cleaning, every time.

You can change the routing any time, but we do monthly inspections to make sure everything looks good even though it may not be on the checklist.

Example Of A Typical Office Cleaning Checklist:

DAILY CLEANING

Your reception area represents your customer’s first impression. You want it to always be bright, clean and inviting.  Every individual needs a clean work environment. A well organized and clean workplace helps to make everyone more productive.

Cleaning tasks for the reception area and office spaces include:

  • Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Wash as needed.
  • Clear the clutter – Recycle, throw it away or put it back where it belongs. Use zip ties to keep cords coiled and organized.
  • Vacuum all upholstery, carpets and mats
  • Vacuum all hard floors
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, tables and other furniture
  • Wipe dust from common areas with a damp rag or paper towel. Use compressed air to remove dust from hard-to-reach places like your keyboard crevices. Don’t forget light fixtures and fan blades.
  • Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant
  • Mop all hard floors with disinfectant
  • Clear the cobwebs – Use a rag to remove cobwebs from every corner of the office. Put the rag on a broom handle for those high, hard-to-reach corners.

  • Wipe all internal glass
